And welcome to Estate Nordic Magazine. This is our first issue and a small revolution on the Nordic property front. In these pages, we have gathered information about every Nordic country—Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark – and we are giving you, our reader, direct access to knowledge about everything from financing to project development, taxation, legal issues and trends in each segment.

In Estate Nordic Magazine you will find useful articles on one of Europe’s most interesting regions. Investors and location scouts are tuned into the Nordics these days and the market is feeling it, too. Estate Nordic Magazine is the work of several Nordic media companies who have joined forces to create a pan-Nordic media. Our goal is to increase knowledge of the Nordic countries internally as well as among international investors and stakeholders who are inte-rested in following Nordic trends.
